The Future of EENT Care
Sentinel EMR
Effective Date: April 2026
Sentinel-EMR is an electronic medical records (EMR) system designed to help healthcare clinics manage patient information, clinical notes, prescriptions, scheduling, and related administrative workflows. By using Sentinel-EMR, you agree to these Terms of Service.
By accessing or using Sentinel-EMR, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the system.
Sentinel-EMR is provided for use by authorized healthcare providers and clinic staff for managing patient records and clinic operations. You agree to:
Sentinel-EMR is a software tool for record management and workflow support only. It does not: provide medical advice, replace clinical judgment, or guarantee clinical outcomes. All medical decisions remain the responsibility of licensed healthcare professionals.
Clinics and their authorized users are solely responsible for accuracy of patient information, how data is interpreted and used in clinical decisions, and compliance with applicable healthcare and privacy laws. Sentinel-EMR acts only as a data management platform.
We aim to provide reliable and continuous access to Sentinel-EMR. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or external disruptions. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime.
Support includes bug fixes, system maintenance, and general technical assistance. Custom features, integrations, or significant modifications may require separate agreements.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect patient data. However, no system can be completely secure, and users acknowledge this inherent risk in digital systems.
Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials and all activity under their accounts. Sentinel-EMR is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentinel-EMR and its operator shall not be liable for clinical decisions, data loss caused by user error or misuse, indirect damages, or service interruptions. Use of the system is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if there is misuse, security risks are detected, payment obligations are not met, or terms are violated.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Sentinel-EMR after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of your applicable jurisdiction (e.g., Philippines), particularly relevant healthcare and data privacy regulations such as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 where applicable.
